2024 PSANZ Awards: Professional Speaking Accelerator Award

Have you been an Associate Member of PSANZ for a year before the Awards closing date? Have you excelled in your professional development by being fully invested in our meetings? Have you MCed at least one meeting? And are you actively building your speaking business?

If you answered ‘Yes’ to these questions, then you could win the David Nottage Scholarship, which gives you free attendance at a two-day presentation skills course, two coaching sessions on developing your keynote and a 1-hour planning session on building your business!

Entry Criteria

Who can applyOpen to Associate Members only (not Full or Life Members or CSPs). Past winners are not eligible to apply for this once-in-a-lifetime award.

NB: In order to apply for any PSANZ Award, in addition to the Entry Criteria, you must have been a paid-up member for a minimum of one year by the award closing date. Past winners must stand down for three years before re-applying.
Earnings thresholdA minimum of $5,000 of speaking-related income during the 12 months leading up to the application closing date. Verified by a list of invoices or other evidence of earnings, such as a statutory declaration or a letter of confirmation from an accountant.

JudgesTwo New Zealand judges, one of whom must be a CSP or Life Member.
